Kinzer Partners welcomes Stuart Williams to the team

SEATTLE, WA – Kinzer Partners announced today longtime Seattle broker Stuart Williams will join the firm as a partner.

“Stuart consistently ranks among the top sales and leasing brokers in the greater Puget Sound area, and we’re thrilled to offer his investment sales and partnership expertise to our clients,” said the firm’s founder Craig Kinzer.

Formerly a managing director with Jones Lang LaSalle, Williams brings over 32 years of commercial real estate experience to Kinzer. In that time, he was involved in leasing transactions exceeding six million square feet and investment sales valued at over $5 billion. His expertise includes debt, equity and joint-venture financing for commercial properties and transactions.

“I’ve worked with Craig and Shelley Gill over the years, and I’m excited to do so again as their partner in this remarkable firm,” said Williams. “The team is incredibly smart and savvy, contributing to the strong reputation that ultimately made this the right move for me.”

Williams is a board member for the Northwest Chapter of the Urban Land Institute, and former board member and board president of the Woodland Park Zoo and Stroum Jewish Community Center, among others. He holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts in economics and political science from Claremont McKenna College.
