New Name, New Look, New Digs

Change is constant. Especially today when there’s a new technology every minute. New problem? New solution. There’s an app for that. But change can also be refreshing: new suit, new haircut, and new people in our lives.

So in that spirit, we’re proud to announce a new name, new look and new office!

Call us Kinzer Partners. Just makes sense, doesn’t it? The last 20 years have been good to Kinzer Real Estate Services. But you don’t need us to tell you that we’re in real estate. Our work is all around you from the Starbucks headquarters to Seattle Children’s Research campus downtown. Our underlying pursuit is to use our skills to help our community continue to thrive.

We feel this new look represents the modern, innovative and energized spirit of our people, our partners and our clients. We invite you to explore the new website to discover our work, learn fun and useful facts about our team, and to understand our philosophy just a bit better.

And finally, we’re changing up our environment with a brand new office in South Lake Union. Stay tuned for more that.

Our blog will feature spot lights on our new office design & move, our team, stories from our clients, and insights on emerging trends. We may even throw in a meme here and there. And while we’d love to think this blog will be on your regular read list, don’t forget to sign up for our newsletter for quarterly blog highlights.

So, cheers to the change and possibilities ahead!

Temporary Office Closure

Kinzer Partners’ office is closed temporarily in order to keep our employees safe and stop the spread of COVID-19. The safety of our employees, clients, partners, and vendors are of the utmost importance.

While we might not physically be sitting at our desks, we are still connected and available to assist you with any commercial real estate struggles you are having. We’d venture to say our work from home (WFH) dress codes might be ten times better than that in the office! A small solace during this crazy time.

If you have questions on anything regarding your real estate and how it is/has/will be changing in the current environment, don’t hesitate to reach out. We might not have all the answers but we will navigate the unknown right alongside you, offering support and virtual HH drinks when needed.

Wishing you safety, health and ask you to keep washing those hands!
