I came to Kinzer to be a part of large transactions and complex deals. I’ve stayed at Kinzer because the people here truly care about their clients and the future of Seattle and the larger region.

He not only knows Seattle real estate, he loves it.
Adam Brenneman became enamored with real estate while he was an undergrad at the University of Washington. When his buddies would go out for pizza, Adam would go, too. But he’d frequently check out an open house or two on his way to the restaurant.
After earning his B.A. (from UW), he worked for three years as a commercial real estate appraiser. He then went back to school at the London School of Economics, where he earned an MSc with First Class Honors.
Back in Seattle, he reentered real estate and earned his license as a state-certified general appraiser. In that capacity, he provided valuation opinions on a wide variety of commercial properties all over Western Washington. Projects ranged from low- and high-rise office buildings to multi-family apartments, and from industrial warehouses to stand-alone commercial buildings, subdivisions and other types of properties.
After joining Kinzer Partners in 2013, Adam became a commercial real estate broker and a partner at the firm. He also earned his law degree from Seattle University School of Law.
Outside of the office, Adam spends most of his time with his wife raising their three kids.
