To call Adrienne an overachiever is an understatement.

She works. She raises three kids. She skis. She lifts weights. She golfs with a low handicap. She consistently runs half-marathons.

Earlier in life, she helped her rowing crew win three NCAA championships at the University of Washington. She won NCAA Academic All-American awards. She rowed on the Canadian U-23 National Team. And she survived the challenges of a course at Outward Bound.

Somehow, Adriene has found time to see the world, as well. She once spent a year traveling around Australia and New Zealand. After growing up in Toronto, she lived nine years in Seattle, then moved to London. From there, she and her husband explored most of the countries in Western Europe.

Adrienne has well-rounded commercial real estate experience. She got her start in tenant rep by joining CBRE more than a decade ago. She then worked at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in both Seattle and London, where she did strategic consulting for European markets. Here at Kinzer, Adrienne specializes in capital markets with acquisition and disposition of properties for mid-cap companies.

Temporary Office Closure

Kinzer Partners’ office is closed temporarily in order to keep our employees safe and stop the spread of COVID-19. The safety of our employees, clients, partners, and vendors are of the utmost importance.

While we might not physically be sitting at our desks, we are still connected and available to assist you with any commercial real estate struggles you are having. We’d venture to say our work from home (WFH) dress codes might be ten times better than that in the office! A small solace during this crazy time.

If you have questions on anything regarding your real estate and how it is/has/will be changing in the current environment, don’t hesitate to reach out. We might not have all the answers but we will navigate the unknown right alongside you, offering support and virtual HH drinks when needed.

Wishing you safety, health and ask you to keep washing those hands!
