Alex Muir loves tall buildings. Matter of fact, he lives in one.

In the office, he’s seen as quiet, methodical, dedicated, and deeply analytical. Away from the office, another Alex comes alive. To friends and family, he’s known for his urban lifestyle (he lives Downtown), fashion flair (check out the shoes), and passion for sports (“Go Mariners”).

As a student at the University of Washington, Alex became highly interested in economics, architecture, and urban planning. So after graduation, Alex joined JLL. There, he worked as a research analyst focusing on Seattle and Bellevue real estate. He says, “Research provided a great foundation for me. I was essentially paid to study the market and educate others for the first five years of my commercial real estate career.”

Today, Alex is working to help build Kinzer’s capital markets business. He specializes in investment advisory services for offices and land development sites. His particular focus is on disposition in the $5-100 million range and strategic acquisition for both private and institutional clients.

Alex has traveled extensively, and he loves visiting cities where buildings can tell hundreds of years of a country’s history.

Another of his passions? Helping others in the community, especially the underrepresented. His long-term goal is to create opportunities for young people, and he consistently works to advance diversity and inclusion in Seattle’s workforce.

Temporary Office Closure

Kinzer Partners’ office is closed temporarily in order to keep our employees safe and stop the spread of COVID-19. The safety of our employees, clients, partners, and vendors are of the utmost importance.

While we might not physically be sitting at our desks, we are still connected and available to assist you with any commercial real estate struggles you are having. We’d venture to say our work from home (WFH) dress codes might be ten times better than that in the office! A small solace during this crazy time.

If you have questions on anything regarding your real estate and how it is/has/will be changing in the current environment, don’t hesitate to reach out. We might not have all the answers but we will navigate the unknown right alongside you, offering support and virtual HH drinks when needed.

Wishing you safety, health and ask you to keep washing those hands!
