In another life, I was: An architect or engineer
He loves the law, finance, travel, and food.
Not necessarily in that order.
Jacob is our in-house attorney who also has a background in finance. He handles all of our internal and external contracts. In addition, he consults with Kinzer clients about projects that require a unique understanding of both law and taxes.
He once said, “I like to work on the most complex and transformational real estate transactions. Real estate is special in the way it can shape the community we live in. I like being part of that.”
Jacob attended Claremont McKenna College and the University of Washington Law School. With his degrees in hand, Jacob joined Expeditors, an international logistics company, where he managed its global lease portfolio.
In his leisure time, Jacob combines his love of travel with his love of food. He has circumnavigated the globe in search of great things to cook and eat. “The destinations are wonderful,” he says. “The meals are even better.”
