For the past decade, she sat on the other side of the table. That gives her perspective that we treasure.
Michelle got her start in commercial real estate while still an undergrad at Seattle Pacific University. For two years, she worked as an assistant property manager for a private landlord. More recently, she spent eight years working for a prominent west coast office developer with a focus on leasing.
So while she’s a tenant rep broker at Kinzer now, she can still see commercial real estate through a landlord’s lens.
She says, “I understand landlords and their priorities. As a result, I can identify unique opportunities to add value for our clients.”
She goes on to say, “After interacting with various firms from the landlord perspective, I feel that Kinzer always stood out as the most creative, collaborate, and client-centric team.”
When not at Kinzer, Michelle has been highly involved with NAIOP, the commercial real estate development associating. In an associated program, she’s played an active role with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Puget Sound.
As a 5th generation Washingtonian, Michelle also enjoys exploring the great outdoors. She especially loves camping, backpacking, and skiing in the mountains.
