She designs brochures, creates slide shows, produces presentations. She’s even known to write a few songs.

Sharon O’Brien is a seasoned real estate pro with a strong creative and graphic arts background.

After attending Northern Illinois University, the University of Idaho, and Boise State University, Sharon got her start in residential real estate sales more than 30 years ago. At the time, she had three young children, so she moved into an administrative role. But it didn’t take her long to find that her true talent was in creating powerful business presentations for commercial real estate firms and brokerage professionals.

Sharon has been in the Seattle area for nearly two decades now. She has worked as a graphic designer, senior administrative assistant, and marketing director for commercial real estate firms such as JLL, Grubb & Ellis, Colliers International, and Cushman & Wakefield.

When not in the office, Sharon spends as much time as possible with family, including her five grandkids. In addition to family, Sharon has many other interests, as well.

She’s an accomplished musician—she’s had several bands in the Seattle area over the years. She also loves her dogs, yoga, working out, gardening, hiking, camping, horseback riding, and swimming. If that isn’t enough, Sharon has been highly involved with Girl Scouts of America, Union Gospel Mission, the Sierra Club, and Community Neighborhood Gardens.

Temporary Office Closure

Kinzer Partners’ office is closed temporarily in order to keep our employees safe and stop the spread of COVID-19. The safety of our employees, clients, partners, and vendors are of the utmost importance.

While we might not physically be sitting at our desks, we are still connected and available to assist you with any commercial real estate struggles you are having. We’d venture to say our work from home (WFH) dress codes might be ten times better than that in the office! A small solace during this crazy time.

If you have questions on anything regarding your real estate and how it is/has/will be changing in the current environment, don’t hesitate to reach out. We might not have all the answers but we will navigate the unknown right alongside you, offering support and virtual HH drinks when needed.

Wishing you safety, health and ask you to keep washing those hands!
