2018 – A Year of Growth at Kinzer Partners

In a year of rapid and multi-faceted growth for Seattle, we at Kinzer Partners have focused on how we can better serve the community’s real estate needs. We’re pleased to share that our team is expanding, and with it, our expertise. Stuart Williams joined the firm in October, bringing extensive experience in capital markets transactions. Marcelo Garcés, a multi-disciplined broker and commercial real estate specialist, joined us in early December, and we have plans to add additional brokers and industry experts to our team in 2019.

Kinzer has also hired research and communications professionals to support our brokers and assist with high-quality marketing materials. This growth will allow us to better serve our clients’ changing needs with more experience across service and industry types and an expanded pool of talent that upholds Kinzer’s professionalism, focus, and commitment.

Here’s a brief introduction to Marcelo, Stuart and Mark.

What made you decide to join Kinzer?

Kinzer has a very consultative approach with clients, which is something I practice and believe in. The firm and team are renowned for a high level of expertise in the full spectrum of real estate-related services – above and beyond standard brokerage.

Favorite NW place:

Whidbey Island

Outside of work, I:

Am a cheerleader at my kids’ games, and design assistant & laborer for wife’s honey-do list.

If I wasn’t doing real estate, I’d be…:

What made you decide to join Kinzer?

I’ve worked with Craig and Shelley Gill over the years, and I’m excited to do so again as their partner in this remarkable firm. The team is incredibly smart and savvy, contributing to the strong reputation that ultimately made this the right move for me.

Before he worked at Kinzer, Mark was the communications & research manager at the Economic Development Council of Seattle & King County (now the Greater Seattle Partners). What made you decide to join Kinzer?

Throughout my career I’ve been fascinated by economic growth – what are the deciding factors that allow employers to open up a new shop or hire more workers. Smart real estate decisions are essential, and Kinzer’s consultative approach can really help position clients for long-term success. I’m excited to be a part of these conversations and solutions.
