Kinzer Partners continues 2018 growth with addition of Marcelo Garcés
SEATTLE, WA – Kinzer Partners today announced Marcelo Garcés is joining the firm.
Garcés brings a thorough knowledge of life science and medical sectors to Kinzer Partners and adds new expertise in data center development and transactions, said founder Craig Kinzer.
“Marcelo has experience across a wide range of industry disciplines and a deep understanding of Seattle’s complex real estate market,” Kinzer said. “We’re thrilled to add his unique skill set to our growing team.”
Most recently the managing director of Savills Studley’s Seattle office, Garcés has provided strategic counsel, project management and brokerage services for clients over an 18-year career in commercial real estate. Fluent in Spanish and English, Garcés has worked in land acquisition and due diligence, contract negotiations, entitlements, design-build process, program management and fast-track execution.
“Kinzer has a very consultative approach with clients, which is something I practice and believe in,” said Garcés. “The firm and team are renowned for a high level of expertise in the full spectrum of real estate-related services – above and beyond standard brokerage.”
Garcés is a member of Life Science Washington. He holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, both from Gonzaga University.
The Garcés hire comes two months after Kinzer Partners welcomed capital markets expert Stuart Williams. The firm also expanded capabilities in analysis and research in 2018.
