Adrienne Hunter joins Kinzer Partners’ capital markets team
SEATTLE, WA – Kinzer Partners today announced Adrienne Hunter as the latest addition to its growing capital markets team. She will be responsible for portfolio analysis, advisory services and investment sales and acquisitions for mid-market product in the greater Seattle Area.
Hunter brings more than 10 years’ experience in commercial real estate to Kinzer Partners. She previously worked at JLL, specializing in mid-cap building acquisitions and dispositions in the Greater Seattle area. Prior to that, Hunter performed strategic consultation and portfolio planning for JLL in London.
“Adrienne’s diverse experience in capital markets, strategic planning and tenant representation gives her a wholistic understanding of all sides of a deal,” said Partner Stuart Williams, head of Kinzer’s capital markets group. “We’re thrilled to bring her impressive skill set and competitive drive to the Kinzer team.”
Hunter began her career in commercial real estate practicing tenant representation, first at CB Richard Ellis, then the Staubach Company.

Hunter is a member of the Programs Committee within the Washington State chapter of the NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association and is a member of the Urban Land Institute. She earned both her bachelor’s degree and a Certificate of International Studies in Business from the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business.
She is a former member of the Canadian National Rowing team and won three NCAA national championships as a member of the University of Washington women’s rowing team. Hunter stays active in the UW and larger rowing community, currently serving as a board member of the Washington Rowing Stewards.
