Kinzer Projects Nominated at NAIOP Night of the Stars

We were thrilled last Friday night to have had two of our projects nominated for awards at the 2015 NAIOP Night of the Stars, an annual gala honoring outstanding local real estate projects and companies. Our partnerships with Seattle Children’s Hospital on leases for 1515 Terry and the South Sound Clinic were both finalists for Redevelopment / Renovation of the Year!

Shelley Gill and Lisa McCabe were in attendance, along with our friends Vickie Cleator and Sandy Miller of Seattle Children’s Hospital. Other project partners joined us in the celebration, including:

Special thanks to event sponsor Kidder Mathews for inviting us to their pre-party event! Though we didn’t come home with a plaque, it was an honor to be recognized among our colleagues for the great projects we have the opportunity to pursue. Congratulations to all of the winners!
